| Colourful function marks Annual day of Sprawling Buds, Apple Kids | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 25: Colourful function marked the annual day celebrations of the Sprawling Buds and Apple Kids International Pre-school, Bantalab at packed General Zorawar Singh auditorium, here today.
Full of enthusiasm the tiny tots of Apple Kids and senior students of Sprawling Buds presented colourful cultural programme which enthralled the gathering of distinguished audience including parents and students. To begin with the little toddlers from Playgroup and Pre-KG presented an eye catching fancy dress item. Young students also took part in Yoga Aasans and exhibited their martial art skills. It was followed by the presentation of various dance items by the students.
Member of Legislative Assembly, Bali Bhagat was chief guest, who along with guest of honour, Prof Lalit Magotra, convenor Advisory Board Sahitya Academy, New Delhi felicitated students for their achievements in academics and other activities held during the academic session.
Speaking to the gathering, the chief guest complimented the management of the school for overall development of the young students by way providing them the needed exposure.
Secretary North Zone Climbing Committee, New Delhi, Ram Khajuria, Sanjit Khajuria, (Assistant Director, Doordarshan), Subhash Bhagat ( Ex Municipal Corporator) and Ramesh Hangloo (Founder Director of Radio Sharda 90.4 FM Jammu) were among other distinguished gathering.
Earlier, Director of the school, Arti Sharma welcomed the chief guest and other special invitees as also the parents of the students at the day-long function. It was followed by the presentation of annual report by the Principal of the school, Puja Sharma. She owes the credit of achievements of the school in short span of time to the dedicated staff and cooperation of the parents. |
