JKBOSE Chowkidar above law, thrown all rules, norms to winds Forcedly enter examination hall, used cell phone during exam 3/30/2015 12:19:06 AM Early Times Report BHADERWAH, Mar 29: It might be sound shocking but true that a chowkidar of Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) sub office forcedly entered in the examination hall during exam and used cell phone without any fear. However the concerned authority has failed to take action against the chowkidar. Pertinently, despite strict directions prohibiting cell-phones and other electronic gadgets inside the examination centers established by JKBOSE, in Bhaderwah 12th class examination center established at Government Girl Higher Secondary School, a Chowkidar of JKBOSE sub office, Bhaderwah used mobile in the exam center which has raised a serious question mark over security provision made by JKBOSE and has shaken the faith of hardworking students and their parents who feel highly disappointed and discouraged by such unholy and immoral practice. A video clip available with Early Times revealed that no strict measures were taken to conduct JKBOSE 12th class exam in Bhaderwah where a JKBOSE Chowkidar during the paper of Hindi, Udru and Physics entered in exam center no 1402 on 24/03/ 2014 and with the permission of inspection from any authority. Reliable sources informed that the when employees on exam duty in the hall seek permission letter for inspection, he started misbehaving with them and even threatened them of consequences. Sources in the condition of anonymity also disclosed the Chowkidar identified as Rakesh Kumar who is presently posted at JKBOSE sub office Bhaderwah. Assistant superintendent claimed that the inspection has been taken many times but refused and said he was not on exam duty. The video also showed that Chowkidar had been spotted with cell phones inside exam hall despite a ban but unfortunately the rules were not adhered by Chowkidar and peon are not authorize to inspect the examination center on its own.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
