| MV International School hosts Guest Lecture | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 25 : MV International School organized Guest Lecture for the classes IX & X. Keeping up with the tradition of its commitment towards its social responsibility activities, MVIS initiated this lecture. Sunny Dua, Free lancer with leading national dailies and independent editor for newspapers, was the Guest Lecturer for the programme. More than 200 students attended it and took the benefit from his experiences and thoughts. He urged the students to have a balanced life style and exhorted them to fulfill their own responsibilities first.
He laid stress on the importance of communication skills, technical skills, general awareness, ethics & moral values and civic mannerism.
He also shared his experiences during exchange programme with UK & US.
He conveyed the students to not to follow the glamour of the screen but follow the true reality. He also emphasized that students must set up the goal and plans the future activities accordingly. He told students to be humble. He also shared the thoughts of Vivekanand the elaborate the hidden meaning behind it.
The Principal of the School, K L Dogra, concluded the programme by thanking the guest and addressed the students to understand the values of these kind of programme. Later the Director of the school Gourav Abrol and Chairman Sh. Hira Lal Abrol appreciated the programme and motivated to the students to take maximum benefit from such opportunities. |
