BBIA castigates BSNL authorities for poor service quality | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 15: Bari Brahmana Industries Association has criticized BSNL authorities for poor service qualities in the area and have appealed General Manager to pay special attention to the area. According to press release, a meeting of the Members of the Bari Brahmana Industries Association was held to-day under the chairmanship of Lalit Mahajan President BBIA to discuss the difficulties being faced by the industrialist of Bari Brahmana Industrial Complex due to poor quality of Land Line and Mobile services of BSNL in the Industrial complex. Member present in the meeting raised serious concern about the frequent disturbance in the Mobile as well as Land Line Service due to which the Internet Service remained effected during the working hours. As all we know that in the present time most of their work depends on Internet Services and mobile phones but the service of BSNL Network is so bad that while on discussing important issues on mobile, the signal is breaking frequently resulting problems to our member units and some time there is so much distortion that it is impossible to talk with each other. Even the Broad Band connection for Internet is always a problem in Bari Brahmana Industrial Complex as it is usually not working through out day and gets break. There is only one BSNL Tower in whole Bari Brahmana Industrial Complex, which is insufficient to provide better quality service to the customer using BSNL mobile phone. As industrialist are major paymasters to telecom sector and on the contrary services to this sector is being ignored by the department. The signal of the mobile is not proper from last four/five months in the complex, due to which it is impossible to contact the person when it is urgent & resulting in delay in different kinds of work. The department did not take this matter serious & did not take any step to solve this most important issue. It is further decided in the meeting if the department did not take an appropriate action to solve this problem all the members of BBIA will surrender their SIM Cards to department. BBIA requested to Chief General Manager of BSNL to please look into this matter urgently to resolve the issue to provide the immediate relief to the Industrial Units of Bari Brahmana. |
