Rajouri, May 15: Teachers/Masters of district Rajouri today accused the state government of adopting 'pick and choose' policy in transfers and providing benefits to influential section of the society.
According to press release, violating the so called transfer policy, Education authorities' are only considering those Teacher Masters who can get recommendation by Local,MLA,or Minister ignoring subject need's ignoring set rules & Norms.
Talking to Media at Rajouri Teachers alleged that the concerned department in general and ZEO, thanna Mandi ,who is playing in the hand's of some corrupt official, has transferred many Teacher's who could not fulfill his wishes ZEO, to defend those who are close to him by this way or that way & are working in locality since many years has Transferred Teacher's who are working from there locality since five to six years were transferred on most odd/far flung station in spite of bringing them to their locality as per the norm's fix by the Education authorities, adopting corrupt practices. Deliberately targeting Particular community in making transfers of teachers.
They appealed Minister School Education to direct all the concerned officers, to use their powers on merit basis and not on target basis. |
