JKPCC appoints new incumbents 5/16/2015 12:16:14 AM Early Times Report Jammu, May 15: President JKPCC Ghulam Ahmed Mir has appointed Mohd. Akram-MLA Surankote as convenor of the Scheduled Tribe Cell of the party and Hira Lal Pandita - senior Congress leader as convenor of the Kashmiri Migrant Cell of PCC.
