| Since it is an unusual combination of two different ideological political partners i.e. PDP and BJP which is going on since 2015 in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, It is what natural that the parties standing on the extreme North and South Poles have compromised under severe compulsions. Any thing which is under compulsions is bound to die on its own one day. There is nothing strange. PDP and BJP are moving in two different directions i.e. opposite to each other .
A) PDP is for a Dialogue with PAK whereas BJP is not prepared for the same as PAK is indulging in continuous terrorist activities and rather intensified more these days causing the massive damage to the properties and killing the innocents and the soldiers .
B) PDP is for returning of NHPC Projects to the state whereas BJP is for maintaining the status quo on this score.
C) PDP is for lifting of AFSPA from the state particularly in the valley whereas BJP wants to retain the same .
D) PDP is for filling of FIRs against Army personnel whereas BJP is for with drawl of the same .
E) PDP is maintaining the edge over BJP whereas BJP is enjoying under representation in the State Cabinet. Its Cabinet Ministers are working as the Subordinates to PDP Mimisters
F) PDP is for more recruitment in the valley whereas BJP is crying for giving Jammu its due share in all recruitments.
G) PDP as the dominating party in the Coalition Government succeeded in releasing all the stone pelters and also withdrawn all the cases against them and whereas BJP is still crying for the with drawl of the cases against people of Jammu who took part in Amarnath Andolan in 2008 and it failed like anything in protecting the interests of Jammuites .
H) PDP legislators have not made any resentment / protest against NC Member assembly and former Speaker Mohd. Akbar lone who raised slogans of Pakistan Zindabad in the Legislative Assembly session which concluded very recently at Jammu . When asked to further remarks, Akbar Lone said that he still stands for the same and did not apologies but rather replied that he has not committed any offence on this score and whereas some BIP Legislators reacted strongly except the BJP Ministers in the Coalition Government as they don't want to take any risk to their important positions .
Similar treatment as has been given to the stone pelters by the State Government, Udhampur truck attackers too want same amnesty from the State Government without any further loss of time . It is of much importance that Rohangiyas / Bangladeshis started making its roots in our state during the NC- Congress Rule and now this issue has taken a giant shape which is dangerous for the integrity and the sovereignty of the country , Their numbers are increasing day by day as there is no check at all from the side of the State Government but height of thing is that some of them must have acquired the Land and property in the state . This is a serious matter which needs a thorough probe in the whole matter .
On this score some allegations and reservations have been expressed by the Speaker of the State Assembly Kavinder Gupta on the floor of the house when fidayeen had struck the Army camp at Sunjwan , Jammu .
PDP is mum over Rohangiyas / Bangladeshis issue and whereas BJP is for their exodus from the state. It is learnt that Rohangiyas / Bangladeshis are getting the tremendous sympathies from the valley people . The Speaker of the state Legislative Assembly Kavinder Gupta is on record in alleging the hands of Rohingyas in the Army Camp Sunjwan episode occurred at Jammu in which eight soldiers and one civilian have been killed besides three terrorists .
This is the awful story of the two strange partners running the Coalition Government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir since 2015. Four years of their governance have not remained up to the mark but law and order situation in the valley particularly as also in the state as a whole is not satisfactory as the militant activities of the PAK sponsored terrorists have been increased much causing massive loss to the human beings and the governmental and private properties. There remains yet two more years of governance of the state to these strange partners of their convenience. They must be analyzing and scrutinizing the things and various factors at their respective ends in their own style of functioning. But one thing is certain that in the coming Assembly elections in the state in 2020, both these partners are bound to loose their positions in the areas of their functioning as the masses at large have out rightly rejected them as they remained a total failure to deliver the goods to them in these four years or so .
Almost all the nationalist organizations operating across the state are raising their voices against this issue and are demanding the exodus of Rohingyas and Bangladeshis from the state in no time. But it is serious to note that NC and PDP are silent over the issue involved. National Panthers Party Chief Harsh dev Singh has demanded immediate deportation of Rohingyas and Bangladeshis from this state at the earliest otherwise State Government has to face the serious consequences for this lapse. It is strange to state that the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti always talks about the initiation of Dialogue by the GOI as soon as possible but she never says that PAK be damaged totally if it has not honoured Indian initiative on this score so many times. If one goes by the historical events, it it is proved that it is the PAKISTAN which always given the setbacks to the talks for bringing the permanent peace in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
But on the contrary , PAK is continuously indulging in the terrorist activities, fidayeen attacks as also the numerous cease fire violations to this side of IB and LOC.
Also pertinent to mention here that the militants outfits and the separatists are bent upon to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in the valley and the prevailing situation in the valley is grave . Political circles believe that the militant outfits' pressure for the furtherance of their nefarious activities and designs has been increased drastically after the taking over the reigns of administration of Jammu and Kashmir by the PDP led State Government in combination with the saffron political party BJP.
With such like sayings from the mouth of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti are not bringing the good results but instead PAK treating this as our weakness, has intensified its nefarious activities against India .
She should have instead in an equi vocal terms boldly demand that PAK be taught a lesson which it will not forget in the centuries to come . If she goes on this line then only, she will be welcomed by everybody in the country otherwise it will be concluded that she has the sympathies with Pakistan at the cost of our nation . Great resentment is brewing in Jammu against the BJP MLAs and the Ministers as they have compromised fully with PDP in all respects at the cost of Jammuites. . Discrimination with Jammu is at the peak these days and problems of Jammu region are not redressed properly by the Coalition Government and the people of Jammu region are suffering a lot in respect the recruitments being made by the J&K PSC / J&K SSB and other autonomous bodies of the state . Jammu youth are passing their lives under strains and sleepness nights. Also important to state here that based upon the Agenda of Alliance (AOA) the Coalition Government of PDP and BJP was formed and till date , there is a negligible achievement on this score . AOA has not been implemented by the Coalition Government in the right earnest . It remained only a dream which was seen by late Mufti Mohammed Sayeed in the year 2015 and had a major decision to join hands with the saffron party dominated and controlled by the RSS. He wholeheartedly trusted PM Narender Modi who represents 132 crore Indian Nationals. Since at that time UPA was made as a fragmented organization of outdated politicians in the country ,That was why, late Mufti Sahib sided with BJP in the overall interests of the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir .
PDP is exploiting the valley people against Army and has given the free hand to the Separatists and other negative outfits in the valley for carrying out the antinational activities in the valley in order to demoralize the Indian forces over there. Since the Coalition Government in the state has not given the required yield therefore it appears that both the partners having not satisfied with it performance they will severe their ties in the days to come paving the way for clamping the Governor's Rule once again and as a result they will be going to their electorates to give them majority win in the coming Assembly elections .
Still a chance is there for the Coalition Government for taking the positive measures for the overall benefys of the people of the state. |
