Jammu, Feb 23: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) organized a guest lecture on "Computer Security and Window's Forensics" for computer and IT engineering students, on here today. The lecture was delivered by Er. Niraj Dubey, Assistant Professor in computer engineering, Government College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu. He has about twenty two years of teaching experience and has vast knowledge in computer forensics. The Session began with welcome address by Er. Dinesh Gupta, HOD, Computer and IT Engg. Department. Dr. Sandeep Malik (Dean, YCET), Er. B.R Verma (chief coordinator) and Er. K.R Sharma (HOD Mechanical) were also present there to motivate the students and presented memento of appreciation to the guest speaker. Dubey briefed the students about various remedial measures to protect the computer from unauthorized access and also discussed window's forensics. |
