JAMMU, Feb 23: According to Superintending Engineer EM & RE Circle Kathua, to carry out work for Erection and Dismantling of PCC poles under K-IV Feeder, the shutdown of K-IV, K-V and PHE Feeders is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Main Bazar, Mandi, Madikhar-Lakkar, Sanda, ward No. 9 Raj Bhagh and Old Bus Stand shall remain affected on February 25 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, to conduct de-stringing work of 132 KV Transmission Line between Tower location 08 to 11 of 132 KV Canal-Miran Sahib Transmission Line under Airport Expansion Project, the shutdown of 33 KV feeder Canal-Chatta emanating from 132/33 KV Canal Grid Station is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Chatta and adjoining areas will remain affected on February 26 from 10 am to 2 pm.
However, to carry out the work of laying of HT cable from Poonch House Quarters to DBN Mubarak Mandi under Heritage Project, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is also being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Mubarak Mandi, Chowk Chabutra, Dhounthly Bazar, PakkiDhaki and adjoining areas will remain affected on February 25 from 9 am to 3 pm.
