Rohingyas, Bangladeshis dangerous for peace of state, nation: JKNPP | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 25: Up in arms against the incident of stone pelting on the Sunjwan Army Camp, the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) held a massive protest. Led by JKNPP zonal president Neeraj Gupta, the party workers and supporters lamented the BJP-PDP government for its failure to deport the illegally settled Rohingyas and Bangladeshis from Jammu. While addressing the protesters, the JKNPP leader Gupta said that yesterday's incident of stone pelting on Sunjwan Army Camp by illegal settlers is an eye opener. Rohingyas and Bangladeshis are now openly increasing their illegal activities in Jammu. Gupta alleged that they are involved in stone pelting, robbery, drug smuggling and girls trafficking. The state government always says that the situation is under control, but unfortunately it is not so, he added. Gupta further said that through the medium of this protest, we want to convey to the state government to awake from deep slumber and take some effective steps to deport Rohingyas and Bangladeshis from Jammu as their further presence here is dangerous for not only Jammu but nation as a whole. |
