JIGER Rehabilitation Center organizes free medical camp

Jammu, Feb 25: JIGER Rehabilitation Center Gangyal Jammu working under the Aegis of Humanity Welfare Organisation HELPLINE Bijbehara organized a free medical check-up for children belonging to underprivileged classes. Around 60 children were examined and free medicines were distributed among the children. Dewormis, iron supplement and energy drink were given to the children belonging to poor families. Various children with disabilities were also assessed and provided rehabilitation suggestion. Dr Susheel Sharma, Dr Sandeep Dhar and Dr.Ayushi Zutshi rendered free services to assess the children. Hemant Sharma and Dr. Susheel Sharma sponsored free drug distribution. The programme was inaugurated by Girdari lal Raina (Ajay Bharti) MLC Jammu. Girdari Lal interacted one to one with the children and assured that full support will be extended to the underprivileged children especially the children with disabilities. Girdari lal announced providing motoroised wheelchair to a child with disability. Centre incharger JIGER Rajni, Arjun Kumar, Sunil Gigoo, Shakti Kandroo volunteered for the programme. Umesh Sharma was the Guest of Honor. A. K Garyali Vice president of JIGER NGO coordinated the programme. Sandhya Dhar President of JIGER gave vote of thanks and assured that JIGER team will leave no stone unturned to support children for empowerment of children belonging to the underprivileged classes especially the disable children.
