Jammu—Two BJP ministers in Jammu and Kashmir who had rallied in support of the rapists and murderers of the eight-year-old Asifa from Kathua have submitted their resignation to the State BJP chief.
Reports said that the two BJP ministers, Chaudhary Lal Singh and Chander Prakash Ganga tendered their resignation to the State BJP President, Sat Sharma.
