Jammu, Apr 21: An Awareness Programme on the Budgetary Support of GST Reimbursement to the Industrial Sector of J&K by State Govt. under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Madam Mehbooba Mufti was conducted by Bari Brahmana Industries Association. The programme was conducted in collaboration with Commercial Tax Department at BBIA Bhawan today in presence of Lalit Mahajan, President, Suresh Mahajan, Sr. Vice President, Varun Singla Vice President, Ajay Langer, General Secretary, Vivek Singhal, Secretary BBIA, G.L. Sharma Assistant Commissioner, GST, Neeraj Sharma CTO Circle-I, Sunil Sharma CTO, Rahul Sharma CTO of Commercial Tax Department & Members of Bari Brahmana Industries Association. While welcoming the officials of the Commercial Tax Department & Members of Industrial Fraternity, Lalit Mahajan, President, BBIA, in his presidential remarks conveyed Heartiest thanks to Govt. for providing the Budgetary Support to Industrial Sector of J&K and also appreciated the steps taken by Commissioner, Commercial Tax Department for conducting Seminar to educate the Industrial Sector in respect documents required at the time of Inspection for Reimbursement of GST claims under SRO. 519,521 & 63 and to work out the ways and means for the simplification of procedures for Reimbursement of GST Claims under the EASE of Doing Business Concept adopted by the Finance Department under the able guidance of Finance Minister Jb. Syed Mohd Altaf Bukhari. While speaking on the occasion Neeraj Sharma CTO Circle -I appreciated the steps by the BBIA to educate the industrial fraternity & highlighted the documents required for the inspection for reimbursement of GST claims under SRO. 519,521& 63 & requested the unit holders to cooperate with the Departmental Officials for early settlement of the claims. |
