Cashless ATMs leave Poonch people high and dry 4/22/2018 10:29:04 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Apr 22: The cashless ATMs of Poonch have made the life of people difficult. The ATM screens mock at the people by depicting `sorry the ATM has no cash available' message. Most of the ATM's of all the banks ran out of cash in just few working hours due to which there is chaos in the town.
