Gujjar leader alleges non-functioning of mobile schools 4/22/2018 11:30:51 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Apr 22: A Gujjar leader Shamsher Hakla Poonchi has alleged that mobile schools, which were set up for nomadic Gujjars and Bakerwals were not moving with the Bakerwals, when they migrated towards hills.
