| Army resumes search operation near LoC in Kupwara after last night shooting | | |

Srinagar, Apr 27: Army sounded high alert along the Line of Control (LoC) in Keran area of north Kashmir's Kupwara district following a brief exchange of fire with the militants late last night. Reports said searches have been intensified at Jumgung Keran sector after a brief firefight between militants and army last night. An army official said that the searches were started at 7:45 am and are going on to find out any militant body at the site of gunfight. |
