| PMSSS workshop organized in GDC Kathua | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, May 14: A one day awareness workshop on Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) was organized by GDC Kathua in collaboration with AICTE New Dehli to aware the students and parents of district Kathua. The workshop was inaugurated by Prof Ajit Angral, Nodal Officer PMSSS J&K.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Angral gave an detailed account of the various colleges where admission of students can be done through AICTE. He elaborated on various difficulties faced by the students . He motivated the students to avail the facility of internet for making the choices and go through in detail about the various colleges so that better option may be selected from a long list of colleges available on the website.
Earlier Principal of the college Prof Kartar Chand, in his address appreciated the efforts of AICTE for providing golden opportunity to the students of J&K. He also thanked J&K PMSSS for making a facilitation centre in GDC Kathua and thus providing a great facility to the students of district Kathua to get their documents verified in the facilitation center. |
