| Villagers protest against PHE Department | | |  Early Times Report
Mendhar, May 24: People of Rehalan Gohlad today staged protest demonstration against PHE department for disrupted water supply for the last many weeks.
The protesters said that the water supply pipes needed some repairs, but department officials have failed to do so for the last many weeks.
The protesting villagers raised slogans against local PHE employees and concerned Junior Engineer.
They alleged that daily wagers casual workers engaged by the PHE Sub Division Mendhar in area are not performing their duties due to which they were facing immense problems.
They have appealed district administration to direct the concerned PHE engineers posted in the area to ensure water supply to the village and adjoining hamlets. |
