| Placement drive held at Govt. Polytechnic Jammu | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 24: A placement drive under Udaan was conducted by Tata Motors at Govt. Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk Jammu for the post of "Training Service Manager" in which various passed out students of diploma Engineer and Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical and Automobile branches appeared.
A total of 45 candidates appeared for placement and finally 11 candidates were selected. The selected candidates will undergo training on Technical & Managerial skill Development in first Six month in reputed Educational school and Tata Motors training center. After successful completion of training, they will be engaged in the assigned set up along with the fixed salary of Rs. 15000/- per month. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal of the Institute thanked Tata Motors for providing the job opportunity to the Polytechnic and other students. He also impressed upon the students to participate in the placement drive with full enthusiasm and make full use of their professional and technical skill for employability to various organizations.
The placement drive was organised by Training and placement cell of Polytechnic, Rajesh Khajuria Training and Placement Officer, Er. Ajay Thapa, and Er. PK Angral as members. |
