| Week -long Bhagwat Saptah Katha concludes | | |  Early Times Report
MENDHAR, May 24: A week long Bhagwat Saptah Katha culminated at village Ari Potha of Mendhar in district Poonch today. The Bhagwat Saptah started on may 17 in the premises of Shiv Mandir Ari Potha. The Bhagwat Saptah was organized for peace, unity and in memory of eternal peace of those who laid down their lives for the country. The Kalash Yatra was taken out from venue of Saptah Katha to the holy river of Ari . This was the main attraction of the religious function. The function culminated with solemnization of Maha Yagya and Puja Archana. A large number of devotees took part in the religious function. The devotees were served bhandara. During the seven day long religious function Pandit Fool Kumar Sharma Mahraj delivered religious sermons. The people from villages of Ari Potha Mendhar, Harni, Mankote, Gohlad etc participated in the function which was organized by Shiv Mandir Ari Potha Committe under supervision of chairman Ranjit Sharma and Shiv Mandir Ari Potha Committee members. |
