| Congress protest against Petrol price hike, burns two wheelers | | |

Udhampur, May 26: A number of Congress activists led by Senior Congress leader Sumeet Magotra held protest against the Petrol Price Hike and also burnt two wheelers to show resentment in this regard.
Addressing gathering, Magotra said that to control the price of petroleum was the main point in the manifesto of BJP in 2014 but they have failed to do so and the prices were on its highest peak since the country has got freedom. He also said that the prices are increased just to give maximum profits to some business entities. Magotra highlighted that this Government has failed on all fronts like controlling inflation or terrorism. Magotra also said that it is very shameful that BJP is organizing functions across the country in completing 4 years but in the state people of border areas are going through miserable condition due to continuous firing from across the border. |
