| People stage protest against PHE Department | | |  Early Times Report
VijayPur, May 26: Residents of village Gagore stage strong protest demonstration against the Public Health Engineering Department and block Vijaypur Ramgarh road for half an hour in District Samba here today.
According to the report, a large number of people of village Gagore including male, female and children assembled in Village Gagore they raised slogan and shouting against the PHE Department and blocked Vijaypur Ramgarh road near Gagore for half an hour. They alleged that the PHE department failed to drinking water supply in their village for last three months.
Due to the non availability of drinking water supply the people of this village face a lot of difficulties for without water. They said several time the villager made a request to the officer of the concerning department but all in vain. The people of village Gagore continues face a shortage of water for last three months.
They warned if the water supply not restore in their village till evening they will come on road and blocked National Highway Vijaypur. |
