Poonch, June 22: Under the so-called transparent system of Jammu and Kashmir government backdoor entry in different departments remained very common.
According to the sources ADC Poonch has appointed many influential youngsters as "Outsourcing Employment" in different blocks of Poonch under MGNREGA.
Locals especially educated unemployed youth of Poonch district in this regard have shown their strong resentment over such appointments.
They have appealed to governor N N Vohra to take strict action against such officials to help the unemployed educated youth.
The director rural development assured to take action at an earliest.
