| International Yoga Day celebrated at Police Academy Udhampur | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, June 23: International Yoga Day was celebrated at Sheer e Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur under supervision of SSP JKPS Randhir Singh. In which all trainee from inter to DySP probationers participated.
The essence of yoga was to inculcate among the minds and hearts of trainee undergoing basic training course in this prestigious institution. It is pertinent to mention that yoga is important for not only physical but spiritual development of individuals. Different exercises were performed by yoga instructor and all trainees followed. In the eve of international yoga day SSP also briefed about importance of yoga for everyone one. |
