Governor clears file on pay anomaly of employees after 22-years 7/11/2018 11:20:41 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, July 11: The governor NN Vohra on Wednesday cleared file regarding pay anomaly of state employees, sources said on Wednesday. Official sources said that the file was cleared by Vohra during a meeting with his advisors and now it would be placed before State Administrative Council (SAC).
