Neeraj Sharma along with all the executive members had a detailed discussion in this regard. The main issue discussed with CEO was the confirmation of DPC of Lab Assistants, who are working in their own pay and grade since 2014 without any service benefits. Sharma demanded that being the chairman of the Class IV Committee the CEO should immediately take all the necessary steps to confirm their DPC which was hanging since 2014. The president also discussed 2nd issue with the CEO that there are many Lab Assistants, who too are working as Lab Assistants but their names were dropped in the recently issued promotion list of Lab Assistants. The other main demand discussed with CEO was the issuance of time bound promotion list of all those employees who have completed their nine years of regular uninterrupted services. CEO assured the deputation that all the demands will be addressed soon. |
