Jammu, July26 : Secretary Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Global Bare-feet Marathon Runner Gaurav Gupta today laid a wreath at Balidan Stumbh, Bage Bahu Jammu. Last year he took part in Kargil International Marathon at Kargil dedicated to the martyrs of Kargil War. Army and civil had taken part in the event together. He also laid a wreath at Kargil War Memorial Dras last year. Those who accompanied Gaurav Gupta today included Maj Gen G S Jamwal, AVSM, Col J P Singh, Col Karan Singh, PS Pathania former Registrar Jammu University, Ajay Chandel, Scholar Warrior Group. Col Solanki, Col in-charge security gave a special permission to Gaurav Gupta who is a prominent global sports person and associated with the army because of sports achievemnts. |
