jammu, July 27: The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu organized an inaugural function for inauguration of Lawyers' Facilitation Centre in the corridor of 1st Floor of District Court Complex, Jammu.
Accordingly Justice Alok Aradhe, Acting Chief Justice, J&K High Court, along with companion Judges of the High Court inaugurated the said Centre which shall facilitate the members of the Association in obtaining Vakalatnamas and print out of the judgments to be relied upon by the concerned member for producing the same in support of his/her case/ cases in different courts. This apart, the local laws books shall also be made available for assistance of the Court by the members of the Association as and when required. Justice D.S. Thakur, Justice J.S. Kotwal, Justice Sanjeev Kumar Shukla & Vinod Chatterji Koul, Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu & other learned Judges of the District Judiciary were also present on the occasion .
The office bearers of the Bar Association B.S. Slathia, Sr. Adv & President, Sachin Gupta, Vice President, Prem Sadotra, Gen Secretary, Himanshu Sharma, Joint Secretary, conducted the function. |
