Srinagar, Aug 7: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a person who was duping people by impersonating as a Vigilance Commissioner A police official said that police arrested a person, Javed Akhtar and his wife Nishat Akhtar, resident of Lakashmi Nager in New Delhi for allegedly duping people.
He said the accused was wanted in a case registered in Police Station Rajbagh. "Further investigation in the case in going on," he said. He said general public is requested that if anyone has any grievance or has been cheated or duped by them may report in Police Station Rajbagh for the resolution of their matters. |
