| Foreign couple from Israel rescued by SDRF in Leh | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 8: A foreign couple was rescued by timely operation by SDRF personnel from a trapped on a rock hill in Leh district of Ladakh region an official spokesman said here on Wednesday afternoon. He said SDRF Leh received an information that a foreign couple has been stuck on a rock hill in a village Liker Saspochay in Leh. Incharge Deputy Controller Civil Defence
Leh Ladakh deputed a five member team for the rescue operation. After conducting a search the SDRF team spotted the foreign couple on a steep rock hill.
The couple were rescued safely by the trained SDRF team, he said adding tourists were identified as Dubiniwski Barak and Fragin Chasys Mushka from Israel. On enquiring the Israeli couple informed that they climbed the rock hill but were unable to come down. |
