Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 11: A team of Red Crossers headed by MS Rather, General Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, J&K State Branch accompanied by Dinesh Gupta, Honorary Secretary, IRCS, Jammu Region and Volunteers visited Migrants Camp at Talwara, District Reasi. They interacted personally with the children, women, youth and the elderly persons representing all sections/segments of the Society. Everyone present there expressed their common problems such as huge cracks developed in their shelters, no proper school building/proper dispensary building and facilities available to them. During interaction, it was observed by the Red Cross team that there were many children with one or the other medical problems for which a proper medical camp needs to be organised. They all were informed about various kinds of medical and educational schemes available for them also. |
