| AIILSG celebrates 72nd Independence day | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 16: The 72ND independence day was celebration with great zeal & zest at All India Institute of Local Self Government Jammu Centre. The National Flag was hosted by Regional Director, AIILSG Jammu K B Magotra, KAS (Retd.) in presence of staff and student of the Institute. National Anthem was sung .
Magotra spoke on the significance of the Independence day and there after a warm tributes were paid to freedom fighters and our soldiers who laid down their lives for the sake of the freedom .This was followed by a cultural programme organised by the student. In the end sweets were distributed to all those present in the function. Among others, B K Sharma Asst. Director and faculty members were also present. |
