jammu, Sept 3: BJP high-command has reportedly taken very serious note of allegation of sexual harassment of women in the party by senior leaders. Not only party's veteran Mahila Morcha leader Priya Jaral has levelled allegations of sexual exploitation of women in the party, some leaders from Kashmir Valley have also written a hard-hitting letter to central leadership in similar lines.
Allegations by Priya Jaral and letter written by Kashmir Valley leaders followed by their mass resignations have stunned central leadership of BJP.
Credible sources said that before submitting mass resignations, Kashmir Valley leaders have targeted a couple of party leaders for indulged into "immoral activities" in their letter.
Credible sources said that BJP high command is worried over recent developments in state unit party which is facing credibility deficit because one after another scam is being exposed in the party.
Sources said that BJP high command has sought explanations from the state leaders after Priya Jaral very serious allegations.
Before leveling serious allegations in public, Priya Jaral had reportedly pleaded before some leaders to look into her allegations but her complaints were ignored every-time only to shield those leaders who have been alleged involved into "immoral activities".
Credible sources said that Priya Jaral's video, in which she had exposed some party leaders, had gone viral in the political circle at Delhi and BJP's central leadership is facing it difficult to counter these allegations.
