| IGNOU organizes "Students' Grievance Redressal Camp" | | |

Jammu, Sept 5: Jammu regional centre of IGNOU is organizing a one-day students' grievance redressal camp at the Regional Centre at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce, Canal Road.
Students are advised to visit the Regional Centre from 11AM to 1PM and 2PM to 4PM for settlement of their long pending grievances, if any. Students are advised to be in possession of IGNOU Identity Card and bring along all relevant documents pertaining to their respective grievances. A team of officers and staff shall be available at the Regional Centre dedicatedly to attend to the students' grievances who walk-in on the said date and settle the grievances on the spot.
As many as 300-400 students as well as prospective students visit the Regional Centre on daily basis on an average. Regional Centre has a dedicated Front Desk manned by the trained staff members who attend to the walk-in as well as telephonic queries. |
