VHP condemns Kathua's Church incident | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 8: President of Vishav Hindu Parishad Jammu-Kashmir Leela Karan Sharma highly condemned the action of the Church which had come to light at Kathua in which 21 minor children's both male and female were recovered by the police from the clutches of the Priest ( Padri ) who was exploiting these minor children sexually and mentally in the name of the charity. Addressing media persons, he stressed upon the administration to get all the children's medically examined and the culprits taken to task. Similar incident had happened in Jharkhand and other states where Human trafficking is being done in the name of the charity by these unsocial elements in the name of the Christianity and receiving huge funds from abroad and indulge in various criminal activities and conversion. Which is highly objectionable and dangerous to Hindu Society especially in the state which is already under tremendous pressure and infested with militancy. He also stressed upon the administration to affectively check the illegal activities by these unsocial elements in the garb of charity by the church & also check how they are receiving funds in the name of charity. He cautioned the Hindu societies to remain vigilant of the nefarious design of the church to spread its activities in for flung areas especially in the weaker section of the society and exploit them & use them for conversion and human trafficking. If the administration fail to take the affective steps to check these activities of the church the peoples may be force to command the road.
