| Palam students, locals held strong protest against administration | | |

RAJOURI, Sept 12: Local students and natives of Palam area of district Rajouri held a strong protest demonstration for not executing the upgraded high school the level of Higher Secondary. Protestors blocked the road as a token of their anguish for ignoring their much awaited demand.
Speaking to Early Times, the students claimed that for the last five months they are studying here with hardship and now at the peak of session they are asked to take admission at Rajouri which will adversely affect their future studies.
A student said that they are suffering hard to pursue higher studies as they are forced to rush to Rajouri for admissions in Higher Secondary School which is not for feasible for them. He alleged that administration is not concerned about their sufferings.
Locals lambasting administration pointed out that if the school has been upgraded then why the concerned authority is delaying to execute the process.
Meanwhile, CEO Rajouri Lal Hussain reached the spot and assured the agitating people that staff will be provided to the school adding that he shall write to the higher authorities to provide the principal also. |
