| One held with illicit liquor | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Sept 17: On the directions of Excise Commissioner J &K Government Talat Parvez Rohella and under the supervision of DC Excise executive Jammu Mureed Hussain Shah, the Excise range Doda, Kishtwar & Ramban Touseef Mustafa Wani today conducted a series of raids in different villages of Bhalla Tehsil of District Doda. During raids one person namely Angad Kumar s/o Kashmir Singh r/o village Tesna Tehsil Bhalla was arrested having in possession of 3 bottles of illicit liquor. During the raid 30 lts. of Lahan was also recovered from state land which was destroyed on spot. A case u/s 48 Excise Act was registered against the accused person. |
