| Swachh Bharat Mission fails to improve sanitation | | |  Early Times Report
MENDHAR, Sept 17: Despite repeated campaigns launched by Rural Development Mendhar (RDD), under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), the Mendhar Town still remained dirty look which exposed the failure of the concerned authorities.
The concerned officials were seen much hyped for photo sessions during the campaigns launched by the RDD Mendhar but e failed to make an impact on ground. "The money spent by the RDD on media advertisements, " Majid Khan Boby President Kissan Mazdoor Mendhar alleged.
He added that heaps of garbage, stagnant water and blocked drains in every part of the Mendhar Town speaks volumes about neglect and indifferent attitude of the authorities and residents, who dump the waste on roads without giving any consideration to the affect on the image of the Mendhar Town. |
