Jammu, Sept 30: Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party, Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee and other founder members of Panthers Party are organizing Celebrations on the eve of signing Instrument of Accession by Maharaja Hari Singh on 26th October and acceptance by then Governor - General of India, Lord Mountbatten on 27th October, 1947 at New Delhi.

Founder members of Panthers Party under auspices of State Legal Aid Committee are holding discussion on the denial of Fundamental Rights to State Subjects and make them suffer under dictatorship of the traditional ruling parties in the state who never allow democratic institutions to work for the welfare of the masses.
P.K Ganju, Secretary State Legal Aid Committee said that in this conference Delegates from different schools of thought and sections of the society will deliberate on the subject confronting common masses to find out permanent solution to the chronic problem. He said that learned Advocates, Journalists and senior socio-political personalities will be invited to deliberate in the conference.
