CAPSI PAIN India conducts Cadaveric workshop at GMC Jammu

Jammu, Sept 30: A cadaveric workshop conducted at Govt Medical college Jammu in collaboration with Post Graduate Deptt of Anatomy Govt Medical College Jammu.
The faculty of eminent Pain-Spine Physicians from all over the globe conducted the workshop with the support of Faculty of Anatomy 60 delegates from all over the globe attended the cadaveric workshop to learn the Pain Relieving procedures under Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound guidance.
The delegates from USA ,UAE , Malaysia , Indonesia Australia including India attended the Workshop. This is the first time that such International Cadaveric Workshop was conducted at Govt Medical College Jammu.
The workshop was conducted by CAPSI PAIN India in association with Govt Medical College Jammu. Pain procedures included the Spine Pain ,Joint pain And Cancer pain Procedures. The Cadaveric workshop was conducted post Conference on third day ICRA PAIN 2018.
International conference on Recent Advances in Pain was conducted in Jammu wef 28th Sept to 30th Sept 2018. It is the first International Pain Conference that was conducted in J&k which was attend by more than 300 Faculty and Delegates all over the Globe
The conference was attended by the HODs of Pain and Palliative care from AIIMS,TATA Cancer institute,PGI Chandigarh Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute,C MC Vellore Jipmer Pondicherry and others. The conference was focused to alienate the pain of common Man Conference organizing team included Dr Gautam Dass as patron Dr Pankaj Surange Chairman of conference ,Dr Gurmeet Singh Reen as Vice Chairman, Dr Rohit Lahori the first Pain Spinal Interventional Physician posted at Govt hospital Gandhinagar was the Organizing Secretary of conference.
