Jammu, Oct 14: Adbi Kunj held another creative meet on the art of song writing, here today. A large number of song writers, poets and music lovers participated from the different walks of the life. The meet was presided over by renowned poet Mohammad Sarwar Chohan Habeeb. In the 1st session of the meet, various speakers threw detailed light on the various aspects of art of the Song writing. In the 2nd session, various writers sang their song in different languages include Aarash Dalmotra (Dogri) Jaitender Basan (Dogri-Hindi) Maharaj Krishan (Kashmiri) K.R.Salgotra (Dogri-Punjabi) Sarwar Chohan (Gojari-Urdu) Sanjeev Kumar (Hindi) Shams Rajan (Urdu), Rajeev Kumar (Hindi) and Sham Talib (Urdu-Hindi). In the prose session, Sham Talab was specially read out an oldest Urdu Afsan "Sapna-Jo-Toot-Geya, it was published in Daily MILAP Delhi in 29 September 1974. The meet was come to end with the vote of thanks by Aarash Dalmotra Chairman Adbi Kunj. |
