| Jammu, Oct 14: Senior Citizen Forum today called on Principal Arun Bangotra of Polytechnic College Bikram Chowk and congratulated him for his College being awarded the best in North India. Prof. B.L Bhardwaj leading the team also hailed the principal for his best performances in the college from time to time in the form of exhibitions. Principal Arun Bangotra's efforts to bring laurels to the institution are appreciable and worth praising, they said.
