JAMMU, Nov 17: Krishika Mahajan (VII-F) from Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and her parents by winning gold medal in doubles category and bronze medal in single category in J&K State Badminton Competition-2018 under the "Khelo India" scheme organized by J&K State Sports Council held at MA Stadium, Jammu from 1-3 November, 2018.
Further, she has also been selected for sub-junior national Badminton Championship to be held on 21-23 November, 2018 at Kadappa, Andhra Pradesh.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated Krishika, her parents and coach, Preeti Gupta for the achievement. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also appreciated her performance. |
