The GAD on Thursday vide order number 1651-GAD shifted two ACDs posted in their home districts. They included ACD Poonch, Mukhtar Ahmed, who have been facing corruption charges and was booked by the Vigilance Organisation in various case, and ACD, Doda Angrez Singh. Another 'corrupt' officer, ACD Udhampur, Noor Alam, who is also in the Vigilance net for various cases, was among the 11 officers shifted by GAD on Thursday.
