Srinagar, Dec 5: Mudasir Rashid Parray went missing along with another teenager on August 31 and has now joined the militants. A 14-year-old, identified as Mudasir Rashid Parray, who went missing along with another teenager on August 31, has joined the militants. Parray, who hails from Khankah Mohalla in Hajin Bandipora, had gone missing along with 16-year-old Bilal from his residence on August 31. The two went missing after an encounter took place at the Parray Mohalla in which three Lashkar militants were killed. Despite repeated emotional appeals by his family - which also went viral on social media - asking him to return home, Parray is now learnt to have taken to militancy. On Wednesday, Mudasir's picture surfaced on the internet in which he was seen holding an AK-47 assault rifle. Police sources believe that both the youths have joined militant ranks. Police believe the two may have joined Lashkar-e-Taiba. |
