| Mendhar town without power as transformer breaks down | | |

mendhar, Dec 7: With the burning of transformer in Mendhar town, the consumers are without power for the last many days. People of the area who are facing lot of difficulties due to no light during these days when their children are taking final examinations, are repeatedly approaching the senior PDD officers but to no avail.
Social Worker Rakesh Gupta said that PDD officers have not given proper attention to their problem and they are being forced to agitate and block the road. They appealed to the Chief Engineer PDD to issue instructions to the concerned officers at Mendhar to immediately replace the burnt transformer and provide power to the consumers. |
