| Missing Boniyar youth found dead in mysterious circumstances | | | Early Times Report
BARAMULLA, Dec 18: Four days after a youth from Boniyar Uri went missing, he was found hanging in a gym in Azadgunj Baramulla under mysterious circumstances.
According to police statement that was issued here in Baramulla, a 25 year old youth Azim Nazir Khan son of Nazir Ahmed Khan resident of Arubua Boniyar was missing since 14 December from Azad Gung Baramulla where he was running Hulak Gym center.
On next day of his missing, his family registered missing report in police station Baramulla and after that search was started for missing of 25 year old but he could not be traced anywhere, said police statement.
Police statement said that this evening his dead body was found hanging with ceiling in a building in Azad Gunj Baramulla.
However, the police statement further said that the circumstantial evidence and injury marks on body suggest that it is prima facia as a case of homicide and accordingly a case of murder under FIR No 207/2018 under section 302 RPC was registered in Police Station Baramulla. |
