JAMMU, Dec 18: CJM Jammu Ashwani Sharma rejected the bail application of Waqar Bhatti who used seditious words against security forces.
CJM after hearing Senior PO Rohit Gupta with Prosecuting Officer Arvind Manhas for the state whereas Advocates Vivek Sharma & Amit Kumar for the applicant, observed that one Waqar Bhatti, S/O Mohd. Bashir Bhatti, R/o Saaj Tehsil Thanamandi Rajouri at present Malik Market, Jammu with criminal intention is posting objectionable comments against the government on social networking sites which may create law and order problem in the area and SHO P/S Bahu Fort, Jammu was directed to register a case U/S 124-A RPC against the accused.
Court further observed that objectionable remarks by the accused over the social networking in the present case are more serious and the accused does not deserve the concession of bail at this stage as the investigation was at its nascent stage. |
