While rejecting bail, Court observed that how this huge amount of Rs. 1.00 crore was being transported in a van of the company under the pretext of samples is a serious question which too requires investigation simply on this count that on one hand Govt, of India made every possible effort by way of demonetization in the year 2016 to unearth the black money and on the other hand this type of incidents clearly reflects that how these companies are again indulging in hoarding their unaccounted money. |
