| Voters' awareness program organized | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 18: As part of Systematic Voter's Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) campaign, a seminar was held here today at Dream India Public Higher Secondary School Manwal.
The main aim of the programme is to inform and educate people about the importance of voting and to motivate voters.
Students from Bharam Rishi Bhawara High school and Dream India Higher Secondary school Participated in this programme with great enthusiasm a Skit was also performed by students of Dream India public School reflecting the various components of SVEEP registered troupes of ROB also made people aware by other cultural items.
The resource person Sunil Sharma Assistant Professor Govt. Degree Collage Jandhra and Vishal Dev Singh expert guest briefed the audience regarding the right use of their right to vote so that they could elect the dedicated and loyal candidates to serve the nation they also encouraged the staff members and students of the Schools to create awareness regarding the right use of their vote.
Shamsher Singh lecturer Physics appreciated the steps of ROB to organize such Programme in the Places like Manwal which is the last corner of Jammu District and demand more such programmes in future also so the youth of the locality should consider the election process as very important process. |
